Q. When is the deadline for paper submission?
A. We already notified it to main page of web site and menu named as "Important date". Please check deadline there.

Q. Can I include my conference paper on IEEE eXplore and Ei. If possible, how long does it take citation?
A. Yes, the published paper in the conference will be cited on IEEE eXplore and submitted to the Ei and other citation database by IEEE. Till now, as you know, all publications of IEEE were cited to Ei. But it takes 3 -6 months generally. No one can say exact time to include to Ei as Ei(Elsevier) is totally independent organization. No organizations, IEEE, ACM, etc can control Ei.

Q. How can I get my acceptance letter?
A. After completion of paper review process only accepted paper will receive an official acceptance letter from the conference system. And also you can check it system after sign-in.

Q. How can I get my invitation letter?
A. After completion of paper registration process authors will receive invitation letter by email.

Q. How can I get paper registration receipt/invoice letter?
A. Authors will receive paper registration receipt/invoice letter after confirmation of paper registration process by email. In case of Bankwire transfer and Western Union, we need time to check it 3~10 days.

Q. Is there any specific format/template for conference paper?
A. Yes, authors should strictly follow conference paper template. Acceptance letter has link for download sample of template paper. And also you can find it in submission page.

Q. How much is the registration charge?
A. Registration charge will be notified at the menu as "Step1: Check the "Registration Information" and make my "Registration Form"". Please find the charge information there.

Q. I cannot upload my paper/final ready paper/registration form?
A. We recommended to use only English when you submit paper/final ready paper/registration form. If still something is wrong, please send email and tell us what happened.

Q. I need some document to get VISA?
A. For VISA application, you should first contact your country's Korea embassy. If the conference is held outside Korea, please check the corresponding embassy of that country for the most-updated document requirements as these requirements may change from time to time. After that, please send email to conference and request them. Then we will send you the required documents by email.

Q. I need to revise my receipt/invoice letter and invitation letter?
A. When receipt/invoice letter and invitation letter will be created by system with submitter's request, the system uses inputted data by submitter. If you want to revise it, re-submit your registration form and request with your comments why you re-submit your request.
