If you have an interest and want to be an EiC of Topic, please complete the forms below.
The proposal has to include:
- Your bio.: Including photo, name, exact affiliation, current position, country, age, research interests, email, phone number, address, homepage, educational background, research experiences, international and/or domestic activities, publications and others to show your background as an expert in your research area. (free format)
- Title of the Topic: (ex. Intelligent Issues on Computer Science (The issue should be related your major research interests))
- Promotion and Managing Plan as an Editor-in-Chief of your Topic
Main criteria to review a proposal: Reputation, Age, International relationships and activities, Backgrounds (Education, Research)
EiC of topic is not a perfunctory position to list at the journal website and his/her career but a core position of the journal.
EiC of topic is a not a position as a general reviewer or an editor, EiC of topic have some important abilities:
- should have good reputation in his/her research interests.
- age is also important to be an EiC of topic.
- have some good international/domestic relationships and/or good international/domestic activities as the journal is an international journal
- can call, gather, recommend to submit papers to his/her colleagues and/or students and/or researchers
- can review the submitted papers by EiC and/or his/her editorial board
- can organize independent issue(s) regularly or irregularly |

What is EiC of Topic:
- Position: Editor-in-Chief of your topic
- EiC can gather, call, review and accept papers from his/her colleagues by the private email as an Editor-in-Chief of the journal. Accepted papers by EiC can submit to the journal system and will be published on the journal without any additional review processes. For that, an author whose paper is accepted by the EiC of the topic should give a comment like,
"Accepted by the Editor-in-Chief of topic "sample_topic" Dr. Franz Ko(Dec. 10, 2010)",
When he/she upload to the journal upload system for an accepted paper (will be developed shortly).
- EiC can organize his/her own editorial boards. Invited editors by EiC will be listed to the list of the Editors at the journal website.
- Individual Issues for EiC (20-30 papers): EiC can issue his/her individual issue 1-2 time(s) in a year (regular or irregular issue(s)). If an EiC want to publish the individual issue for the accepted papers by him/her, the journal will support an EiC's individual issue as a general issue of the journal. As the issues are the general issue, all published papers will be cited to the international citation data bases like other papers in the general issues.
- All accepted papers by an EiC should follow the guidelines of the journal and each EiC should ask to see the website of the journal carefully.
- EiC is strongly encouraged to try to keep the quality of the accepted papers as an Editor-in-Chief.
- EiC is strongly encouraged to try to ask to cite the published papers by the journal to his/her colleagues and authors to promote the journal. To be a world-class journal and to list to the SCI, this promotion is very important.
- Duplicated submissions and publications are strongly prohibited.
- EiC is strongly encouraged to check references to follow the journal's guidelines as a scientific paper. Many references are not use exact information. Ex) pp (page numbers), publication year, vol. (volume number), exact name of the journal/ conference, exact author's name.
- Language: Try to ask using reasonable English. Using English like a native speaker is very hard for a non-native researcher, but EiC should strongly ask to check English one more time for the accepted papers before submission of the final-camera-ready to the journal main system.
